Purpose and legal basis

We process data only to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Scope and retention

We process your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We keep the data for the duration of our correspondence and then for the limitation period of any claims.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Booking meetings

Meetings booked through the calendar on our website are saved in our Google Calendar (Google Ireland Limited), together with your name, email address, the chosen time and any notes. Google sends the invitation with a Google Meet link. Booking requests pass through our booking service hosted on Cloudflare.

Cookies and local storage

The website does not set any cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking tools. Your browser only stores the information that you have closed the cookie notice (local storage), so it is not shown again.

Fonts are served from our own server, so the website does not connect to Google Fonts or other font providers. When you book a meeting, the request goes through our booking service hosted on Cloudflare.
